Why does Pepipoo insist on advising people on how to evade paying PCN fines, even if the people getting the PCN admits they were in the wrong!!!! As a C.E.O. this makes me mad!!! If they've been caught bang to rights let them pay up, dont advise them on how they wriggle out of it on a technicality!!...

Just goes to show what chaos ensues if there is no enforcement!! Whatever people think of us we are a necessary force, the city where I work would become gridlocked within hours without enforcement of regs!!

We can issue if the verge is council property, but not if its private.
