Re: Is there anybody outhere.......??
I can understand why moral hits an all time low. After speaking with numerous PA's they tell me that they get very little support from their line managers. They get very little training in comparison to their police employed cousins. Plus what doesn't help is the pressure to perform in often diffic...

Re: Parking on grass verge
Down to by laws eh! Some of us down our road haven't understood why some motorists get a ticket for parking on the grass while others don't.

Re: Is there anybody outhere.......??
It is that bad - I've been a P.A. for 2 years and is pretty rock bttom. Must be depressing at times dealing with some of the morons that feel they can park anywhere with impunity, then behave like a yob when they get a ticket. Not a job I would want to do. Mind you having said that, there must be s...

Parking on grass verge
Okay, this subject confuses (like most things) me.
If a motorist parks on grass verge between public road and pavement, can he get a ticket only from a police officer? Do yellow lines on that road make any difference to the issuing of a ticket?

Broken down motorist on double yellow lines
Often, I get a member of the public ask me if they will get a ticket if they leave their broken down car unattended while waiting for us (RAC) to attend. My answer is yes you may, but I'm not certain if the motorist would still need to pay if he/she could prove the vehicle was broken down. Can someo...

Hello everyone. I'd like to invite any traffic wardens with an interest in the vehicle breakdown and recovery trade to visit our http://www.VehicleRescue.net forum. We are mainly RAC and AA personnel at the moment, but would like professionals from other organisations that come into contact with us ...
