I issued a PCN to vehicle that had been parked in a loading bay for 15 minutes, I'd just taken it out of the machine and signed it before putting it in the sticky bag ready to go on the windscreen. I woman came out of one of the shops opposite and started effing and jeffing say that she was collecting heavy paint!! I gave her the normal party line, vehicle unattended for 15 min, loading bay, no loading seen etc. She snatched the ticket and stormed off over the road and put the ticket in a legally parked vehicle!! I went into the shop after her and informed her that the ticket was for the car in the loading bay not hers!! she gave it back, no apology or nothing!! Dippy bint!!
